- Client: 6-year-old boy
- Setting: Home and/or school-based Make a real impact — every single day. - Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity Collect and record session data using Rethink within 24 hours Collaborate with families and communicate progress effectively Participate in ongoing supervision and professional check-ins What We’re Looking For Active RBT certification Minimum 6 months experience working with children with developmental disabilities Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills A patient, energetic, and reliable approach
