Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing clinical team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a young client while receiving strong clinical support and mentorship. • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity Collect and record session data using Rethink within 24 hours Collaborate with families and communicate progress effectively Participate in ongoing supervision and professional check-ins What We’re Looking For Active RBT certification Minimum 6 months experience working with children with developmental disabilities Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills A patient, energetic, and reliable approach
