Responsibilities

Deliver specialized instruction to students with IEPs aligned with NHS Common Core standards Maintain current NHS Special Education licensure and all required DOE clearances Collaborate with related service providers, families, and administrators on IEP goals Collect and analyze student progress data and adjust instruction accordingly Create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment SKILLS Active NHS Special Education teaching license and current DOE clearances (PETS, fingerprinting Experience teaching in a self-contained or integrated co-teaching classroom Experience writing and implementing IEPs with multidisciplinary teams Strong classroom management and differentiated instruction skills Passion for supporting students with autism and other developmental disabilities WHAT SETS YOU APART?
