Full-Time Substitute Educator

The educator will support the teaching team in implementing playful, anti-Bias learning experiences while maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom environment. They are responsible for observing student development, maintaining professional relationships with families, and actively participating in reflective practice and center operations.

Candidates must hold an initial certificate in early childhood education or higher and maintain compliance with dcyf licensing requirements, including background checks and certifications. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to professional growth, and the physical ability to actively supervise children in a classroom setting.
