- Lead and participate in activities including: Morning rotations Group time Hobby activities Lunch supervision Theme days and special events Create a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for every child Build positive relationships with campers and parents Follow YMCA safety standards and child protection policies Collaborate with Camp Directors, Assistant Directors, and Activity Leaders Greet campers daily and ensure smooth transitions throughout the day Specialty Counselors may have additional and/or different job duties.
