After School Program Associate

The associate assists in the daily operations of after-School and literacy programs, including planning lessons and supervising youth activities. They are responsible for ensuring child safety, building rapport with families, and providing academic and social support to students.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working with youth in grades tk through 5th. Strong communication skills and the ability to enforce program policies are essential for this role.
