Behavior Technician

The behavior technician implements individualized therapy plans using applied behavior analysis techniques to improve client functioning and independence. They are also responsible for documenting daily notes and reporting behavioral updates to the supervising bcba.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 6 months of experience in the developmental disabilities field or similar behavioral support roles. Additionally, they must obtain rbt credentialing within 90 days of hire and possess a valid driver's license with insurance.
