Exception Education One to One Para Professional- Dodson ES (2026-2027)

The paraprofessional provides one-To-One support for students with special needs by assisting with instruction, personal care, and behavioral monitoring. They also maintain accurate data records and collaborate with teachers to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree, 48 college credit hours, or a successful praxis certification. Prior experience working with children is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and operating a mechanical lift.
