Bilingual Home Visitor

The home visitor provides quality services to pregnant women, infants, and families through home visits, socializations, and family advocacy. They are responsible for maintaining accurate records, creating transition plans, and facilitating developmental assessments for children.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and be proficient in microsoft office applications. A home based cda or coursework in early childhood education is preferred, and the role requires bilingual proficiency in english and spanish.
