Health Educator (Remote)

The health educator develops, implements, and maintains health education and disease management programs for members. They also conduct data collection, reporting, and monitoring to ensure quality standards are met.

Candidates must have an associate degree in a health-Related field and at least 2 years of experience in health education. Proficiency in microsoft office and strong organizational and communication skills are required.
