Learning Facilitator - Remote

Facilitate structured training programs including new employee orientation, technical initiatives, and soft-Skill development through classroom and virtual instruction. Collaborate with stakeholders and instructional designers to ensure learning objectives are met and provide ongoing coaching to employees.

Requires at least 3 years of experience in training, education, or development, with at least 2 years specifically in professional training facilitation. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in virtual delivery tools, and familiarity with adult learning theory.
