Preschool 1 Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher is responsible for planning and implementing activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children. They must also maintain a safe, nurturing environment while supervising daily classroom functions and building positive relationships with families and staff.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years of age. Required certifications include a valid tb test, mmr proof, covid-19 vaccination, food handler's permit, first aid/Cpr card, and completion of child care basics.
