Classroom Teacher

The teacher is responsible for providing academic and social instruction to students while maintaining a conducive learning environment. They must also assess student progress, manage classroom behavior, and collaborate with parents and staff to support student development.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and a valid tennessee teaching certificate with the appropriate subject or grade endorsement. Applicants must also meet the state's 'highly qualified' criteria and be physically and mentally capable of performing teaching duties.
