Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized education and behavior programs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. They are responsible for collecting accurate behavioral data and maintaining a safe, structured environment for students with severe needs.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and at least one year of experience working with individuals with severe developmental needs. Rbt certification is preferred, and the ability to perform physical interventions is required.
