Lead Counselor (Madrich/Madricha)

The lead counselor is responsible for ensuring the physical, social, and emotional well-Being of campers while managing daily routines and cabin dynamics. They also provide specialized support for younger campers and assist in crisis intervention and program development.

Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a child care setting or a strong interest in the field. Applicants must also pass a background screening and be available to live on-Site at the camp for the summer season.
