Prevention Specialist

The prevention specialist delivers evidence-Based substance use prevention education and programming to youth and families in school and community settings. They also facilitate workshops, build community partnerships, and track program outcomes to ensure continuous quality improvement.

The role requires experience in facilitating educational programs for k-12 students and a strong understanding of adolescent development and prevention science. Candidates must be able to maintain accurate records and represent the organization professionally in diverse community environments.
