Coach Region 3

The role involves working directly with men and women transitioning from public assistance to greater self-Reliance through comprehensive life coaching. This guidance will assist participants in achieving their education and employment objectives.

Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree in a human services field, with a master's degree preferred, and ideally three or more years of experience in social services. A compassionate approach, strong guidance abilities, excellent communication skills including technology use, and high motivation are essential.
