Lead Teacher - Junior High 2026/27

The lead guide is responsible for delivering an instructional program that supports the cognitive, emotional, and social growth of students while maintaining an orderly and safe classroom environment. They must also collaborate with staff, communicate effectively with families, and actively participate in professional development and school functions.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and a missouri department of elementary and secondary education (Dese) teaching certification. At least two years of classroom experience, preferably in an urban or public school setting, is required along with a commitment to anti-Bias and antiracist educational principles.
