Lead Infant Teacher

The lead infant teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. They must also manage child assessments, maintain portfolios, and establish professional rapport with families through regular communication.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a cda or higher qualification. The role requires the ability to pass background checks and the physical capacity to lift up to 40 lbs and engage in active play with children.
