Teacher I

The teacher i is responsible for planning and implementing educational activities while ensuring the supervision, safety, and wellness of children in the classroom. They must maintain accurate student records, communicate effectively with parents, and manage classroom environments according to departmental policies.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a child-Related field or a combination of specific early childhood certifications and programmatic experience. Applicants are also required to successfully complete background checks and training as mandated by the code of virginia.
