Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and milestones. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas. Collaborate with team members to enhance educational experiences. Foster positive relationships with infants through play and interaction. Stay updated on best practices and trends in early childhood education.

Requirements

Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with infants in a childcare or educational setting. CPR and First Aid certification required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Background check clearance and references. Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
