- SUMMARY: Compiles data related to training needs and outcomes for all programs, produces reports for analysis, and assists with training initiatives at each site. Represents FCC in Outreach endeavors as needed. Assists manager with tasks associated with learning and outreach. Keep officiation corporation records and executes administrative policies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Communicates individualized queries and instructions to field staff as indicated by Director and Senior Director or Learning and Outreach. Produces reports, responds to requests, and acquires information, as a result of data compilation. Adapts to new procedures readily. Assists with staff recruitment by completing requests for advertising and setting up job fairs and other networking events. Assists with ordering equipment and supplies and submitting proper paperwork following the purchase. Greets office visitors in a friendly and helpful manner. Receives telephone calls and takes messages from the Manager and/or forwards calls to respective voicemail. Complete all data entry duties (survey results, key performance outcomes, professional development completion statistics, etc.) for learning and outreach division. Assists with ongoing survey development, considering results necessary to obtain forward thinking data analysis for measuring effectiveness and efficiency of division. Participates in public relations activities as it relates to outreach. Serves as the backup trainer at various locations as needed. Responsible for team building and professionalism while presenting to an employee. Coordinates all events related to outreach and learning as indicated/developed by leadership. Develops learning modules designed for e-learning. Modules must be engaging and creative. Make phone calls and/or in person visits to inquire about or follow up on training needs. Tracks all employees’ training progress with routine follow up with staff, and reports delinquencies to the appropriate leadership team members. Coordinates all special training events involving special speakers/presenters. Follows learning design and standard established by the organization (i.e., sets up forum, food, drinks, music, etc.) Is knowledgeable of all training regulations withing Covered Entities (DDS, DHS, CARF, Medicaid). Provides written reports weekly to the Manager of Learning and Outreach on completed training sessions/attendees, employee coaching provided, and other communications completed for the prior week. Maintains confidentiality of all information received regarding Friendship Community Care, Inc., and the clients. Conditions of confidentiality shall be in compliance with Friendship Community Care's Non-Disclosure Policy and HIPAA Policies. All information must be filed in consumers’ records as needed and updated as prescribed by funding sources.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Fundamentals of math such as fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions and reading charts and graphs as applicable to practical situations. Ability to read financial statements, apply basic financial ratios and reasoning to interpret and project conditions. Ability to design systems to audit information.
