YMCA at Brentwood is Now Hiring for Full Circle Swim Instructor Position Type
Part-time Pay Range starts at $14 per hour (or more depending on experience)
Are you passionate about swimming and love teaching others? Dive into an exciting opportunity with the YMCA of Middle TN as a Full Circle Swim Instructor ! You'll make a splash by creating safe, fun, and engaging swim experiences for participants while helping them grow in confidence and skill.
What You’ll Do
- Teach swim lessons with enthusiasm, from in the water, using creative and organized lesson plans. Ensure safety is the top priority by following all pool and YMCA policies. Provide personalized feedback and encouragement to swimmers and communicate progress with parents. Build strong relationships with participants and their families, creating a welcoming environment. Maintain and organize equipment, complete required documentation, and actively engage in team training sessions.
