We are seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and experienced Preschool to join our team. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.
The ideal candidate will bring both experience and heart to the classroom—fostering curiosity, supporting social-emotional growth, and guiding children through meaningful learning experiences each day.
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required) Previous experience in a preschool or pre-kindergarten setting Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Current Pennsylvania clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI Fingerprinting) All state-required health and training documentation Ability to meet all licensing and regulatory requirements for early childhood educators
