Preschool Teacher Assistant

The teacher assistant supports daily classroom activities and the implementation of educational programs under the direction of the lead teacher. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, nurturing environment while addressing the developmental and behavioral needs of the children.

Candidates should have experience in childcare or early childhood education and the ability to work collaboratively in a classroom setting. An associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred, along with the ability to meet state licensing and background check requirements.
