Job description
Kids ‘R’ Kids Fort Mill is looking for driven and passionate individuals looking to positively impact children’s lives. As a closing teacher, you will work with our infant toddlers, pre-k students, and/or after-schoolers.

As a teacher at Kids ‘R’ Kids Fort Mill, you will be a part of a team culture, responsible for developing and implementing daily curriculum for children in the classroom. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that the classroom is consistently a clean, safe, and positive environment.
Qualifications
- and Skills:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior childcare experience in a state licensed daycare a plus
- Must be able to close with a shift working until 6:30pm Monday through Friday.
- Must have above average verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to react quickly with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Must work well with others.
- Must be flexible and adaptable in the workplace.
- Must have organization skills.
Responsibilities
- Works with co-teachers and directors to establish and maintain clean and safe learning environment.
- Plans and consistently implements the curriculum activities that promote the children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Keeps accurate, current records of each child’s developmental milestones and progress.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with parents, staff, and visitors
- Maintains professional conduct when working with parents, staff, and visitors
