RazorTemp - HMRS Youth Protection Program Monitor (Two Open Positions)

The monitor will conduct scheduled and unscheduled visits to youth programs to observe activities, ensure compliance with safety expectations, and document findings. They will also provide immediate coaching to staff and report any serious safety concerns to management.

Candidates should have experience working with youth, camps, education, or recreation settings. Strong observation and communication skills are required, along with the ability to remain professional and objective while navigating campus locations.
