Residential Advisor (Evening & Overnight)

The residential advisor provides a safe and supportive environment for job corps trainees by supervising daily activities and monitoring performance goals. They also facilitate life skills training, conduct dormitory operations, and provide informal counseling to support student development.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and one to two years of experience in counseling, education, or social work. A valid driver's license and the ability to complete mandated training, including crisis intervention and safety protocols, are required.
