Sr. Residential Advisor (Evening & Overnight)

The residential advisor ensures student safety and accountability while fostering personal, social, and professional development within a dormitory environment. They provide daily supervision, facilitate life skills training, and maintain center standards through mentoring and behavioral guidance.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and two to four years of experience in counseling, education, or social work. A valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical safety interventions and mandated training are required.
