Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba leads the behavioral team in developing and implementing high-Impact treatment plans while ensuring data integrity and clinical excellence. They also provide mentorship to rbts and conduct training sessions for families and staff to support patient success.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in social work, aba, or a related field and possess a valid bcba certification. A minimum of one year of experience in behavior analysis and evidence-Based treatment is required.
