Core responsibilities
Provide applied behavior analysis (Aba) interventions to clients in their homes and collect data on client progress under the supervision of a bcba. Coordinate with program staff and communicate effectively with families to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of therapy programs.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Candidates must be willing to obtain rbt certification within 60 days and complete first aid/Cpr certification.
