Assistant Behavior Specialist (Adolescent Unit; Baltimore/Washington Campus)

The assistant behavior specialist supports the implementation of behavior programming and monitors data collection for patients on assigned units. They also assist in training staff on behavior plans and provide coverage for the senior behavior specialist as needed.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field with at least 6 months of relevant experience, or possess a registered behavior technician certification. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required to manage behavioral data and support clinical staff.
