Independent Living Skils (ILS) Instructor

The instructor is responsible for teaching independent living skills to individuals who are visually impaired through in-Person, hybrid, and virtual platforms. They also monitor participant progress, maintain classroom materials, and support workshops for families and community partners.

A bachelor's degree in a designated field is required, though it may be substituted with one year of teaching experience. Candidates must possess strong subject matter knowledge and the ability to effectively teach students with vision loss.
