Immersive Simulation Technician

The immersive simulation technician provides technical operational support for simulation systems and maintains equipment, media, and materials. They also assist faculty with training, scenario development, and the setup of lab experiences to ensure a smooth educational environment.

Candidates must hold a diploma or certification relevant to their background and possess at least two years of experience in a clinical healthcare setting. Preferred qualifications include experience as a paramedic, medical assistant, emt, lpn, or rn, along with knowledge of medical terminology and simulation equipment.
