Day Camp Behavioral Aide

The behavioral aide provides real-Time support to campers with disabilities by implementing inclusive strategies and managing behavioral challenges. They collaborate with camp staff to ensure a safe, respectful environment while maintaining documentation of behavioral incidents and sensory room usage.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old. Experience supporting individuals with cognitive, emotional, or developmental disabilities and a willingness to obtain cpr/First aid/Aed certification are required.
