Assistant Swim Team Coach

The assistant swim team coach assists the swim team director in designing training plans, supervising practices, and managing swim meets. They are also responsible for maintaining safety, enforcing pool rules, and providing effective coaching to participants of all ages.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and at least 12 months of related experience. Required certifications include cpr/Aed for the professional rescuer and first aid, with lifeguard certification recommended.
