Assistant Afterschool Group Leader

Assists the youth group leader in the direct supervision of children and the implementation of developmentally appropriate program activities. Ensures adherence to safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards while fostering a positive environment based on ymca core values.

Previous experience working with children is preferred, along with the ability to support distance learning and enrichment activities. Candidates must obtain cpr, first aid, and aed certifications within 30 days of hire and complete eec training.
