Spanish Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and preparing an engaging, orderly learning environment. They collaborate with lead guides to facilitate individual and small-Group activities while fostering respectful relationships with families.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, collaborative mindset. An interest in the montessori approach is required, though prior specific montessori experience is not mandatory.
