Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will support a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and assisting in the preparation of an orderly learning environment. They will also collaborate with lead guides to facilitate small-Group activities and build positive relationships with families.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 0-6 in a school or childcare setting. A positive, collaborative mindset and an interest in the montessori approach are essential for this role.
