BCBA

The bcba develops and implements individualized behavior programs, conducts functional behavior assessments, and provides training to staff and parents. They are responsible for maintaining behavior support plans for 6-10 clients while ensuring compliance with medicaid and state waiver service guidelines.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field and possess board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification. Experience working with children and young adults with autism, along with proficiency in assessment tools like ablls-R or vb-Mapp, is preferred.
