Teaching fellows are responsible for planning and delivering daily classroom lessons, providing small group instruction, and managing classroom activities. They also engage in parent conferencing, student assessment, and collaborative professional development within the charter school network.
Candidates must hold at least an associate's or bachelor's degree and possess valid work authorization for the USA. Experience working with children is preferred.
Fellows must be present from 7:45 am – 4:00 pm. Fellows may also be required to assist with activities before the start of the school day such as breakfast, classroom preparation, or greeting students during arrival; or after the end of the school day, such as after-school activities, meetings, or phone calls with families, or school-related events. Other responsibilities which may fall outside of school hours include lesson preparation, student evaluation, and school-based community service activities. QualificationsThis teaching position requires a successful college history with an associate's or bachelor's degree. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with children.
