As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting children's development and creating a positive learning experience that encourages growth, curiosity, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging classroom activities tailored to the developmental needs of children
• Supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being at all times
• Assist with personal care needs, including diapering, feeding, and toileting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting learning environment
• Encourage positive behaviors and social interactions among children
• Document each child's daily experiences, developmental milestones, and progress
• Collaborate with team members and families to support each child's individual needs and growth

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience working with young children in an educational or care setting preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for working with children
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Special Education preferred, but at least a CDA in Early Childhood Education or Special Education, or related field Previous experience working in a licensed program preferred First Aid, CPR and any required state trainings. Candidates must successfully complete a physical examination and provide a health clearance, as required by state licensing regulations, to ensure they are fit to work in a childcare environment.
