Job description
The Child Development & Autism Center is seeking an administrative summer intern to work within the administrative outpatient aspect of the Child Development and Autism Center. This intern’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Learn administrative duties involved with the running of an outpatient practice Work alongside with other Child Development and Autism Center administrative team to gain a better understanding of outpatient healthcare subspecialty office. Learn all aspects of office administrative task, procedures, and protocols Interact with patients, staff, and team members Manages phones, Call’s patients, complete Intake form, and able to multi-task Develop strong triage abilities Schedules/confirms appointments Enters demographics & patient information Verifies insurance coverage
