Pelvic Health Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient (Per Diem)

The physical therapist will treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. They will also educate patients on self-Management strategies and maintain accurate documentation.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program and hold an active ct pt license. They should have completed pelvic floor level 1 continuing education and possess previous clinical experience in pelvic health.
