Market context
In Colorado, high school girls swimming head coach roles are often competitive because schools look for candidates who can combine coaching experience, CPR certification, and, in some cases, teacher licensure or experience working with urban youth. Benefits such as time off, health and wellness coverage, and PERA retirement can make these openings more attractive. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform, then confirm your CPR status and coaching background before applying.
