Program Supervisor

The program supervisor delivers evidence-Based aba therapy to children with autism and mentors behavior therapists through observation and feedback. They also collaborate with bcbas on treatment planning, assessments, and the maintenance of client documentation.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have at least two years of experience in aba or behavior intervention services. A reliable vehicle for travel between client sites and the ability to pass a background check are required.
