Preschool Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and assisting with individualized learning activities. They also help maintain an orderly, beautiful environment and collaborate with the team to foster a strong classroom community.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting. A positive, adaptable mindset and a genuine interest in the montessori approach are required.
