Job Coach

The job coach facilitates vocational rehabilitation and customized employment services by training individuals on job duties and fostering relationships with employers. They also provide direct supervision, implement support plans, and ensure documentation is completed according to state and company policies.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, pass a criminal background check, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Applicants must also be willing to complete required certifications including cpr, first aid, and food handler's permits.
