Summer Program Assistant – Boys & Girls Club of Worcester

The summer program assistant will facilitate engaging social, recreational, and educational activities for youth ages 8-18. Responsibilities include overseeing special events, maintaining a safe environment, and providing support in the athletics and teen room.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience working with youth in a similar organization. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
