VCS Classroom Teacher

The classroom teacher is responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering instructional materials that facilitate active learning in an elementary or secondary environment. They must also manage student behavior, maintain accurate progress records, and communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and possess oklahoma state certification in education. Additionally, the role requires a mature christian lifestyle and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds.
