VCS Aide

The vcs classroom aide assists lead teachers in supervising, guiding, and directing children while maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment. Responsibilities include implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, maintaining classroom logs, and ensuring the welfare and safety of all children.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a mature christian lifestyle consistent with church teachings. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds and effective communication skills for interacting with staff and families.
